The Feria is approaching and Blabla Olé wants you to know what to drink. The rebujito is the typical drink of the Feria de Abril in Seville, as it is a time when it is usually already hot.
It is a refreshing cocktail with a similar alcohol content to beer and is made in the following way:
Put plenty of ice in a one-litre jug.
Pour a small bottle of generous wine (Fino de Jerez, Manzanilla de Sanlúcar, Montilla-Moriles). This type of bottle (called media-botella) has a capacity of 375 cc.
Add a few mint leaves
Fill the jug with a lime soft drink (such as Seven-Up or Sprite).
And after that .... Drink and enjoy the fair
