The course fee is €420 per participant for the complete 5-day, 25-hour programme.

The same fee applies to both language-level editions of the programme.

 

What is included

The course fee includes:

• 18 hours of Communication Scenarios + 7 hours of Immersive Learning Activities;

• learning materials;

• academic support during the course.

Food, drinks, accommodation, travel, local transport, entrance fees and personal expenses are not included unless expressly stated in the programme.

 

Group Size

Courses are organised in small groups of 3 to 8 participants.

A minimum of 3 participants is required for a scheduled course to take place.

 

Booking and Payment

A place on the course is reserved upon payment of a 25% deposit (€105).

While the course is pending confirmation, participants may cancel their booking and receive a full refund of the deposit paid.

Once the course has been confirmed, participants will be required to pay the remaining balance of €315 within 7 days of confirmation.

Failure to pay the outstanding balance within this period will be considered a cancellation by the participant. In this case, the €105 deposit will not be refunded.

 

Course Confirmation

Blabla Olé may confirm a course as soon as the minimum number of 3 participants who have paid the required deposit has been reached.

In all cases, Blabla Olé will confirm whether the course will take place no later than 30 days before the starting date.

If the minimum number of 3 participants has not been reached by that date, Blabla Olé may cancel the scheduled course. In this case, participants will receive a full refund of all amounts paid.

 

Alternatively, participants may choose to transfer their booking and any amounts paid to another available course or date.

Participants are advised not to make non-refundable travel or accommodation arrangements until the course has been confirmed.

 

Blabla Olé cannot be held responsible for travel, accommodation or other expenses incurred by participants in connection with a course that has not yet been confirmed.

 

Participant Cancellation

The following cancellation conditions apply:

• Before the course has been confirmed: participants may cancel their booking and receive a full refund of the €105 deposit.

• After the course has been confirmed and more than 30 days before the starting date: amounts paid are not refundable, but may be transferred to another available Blabla Olé Spanish immersion course taking place within the following 12 months.

• 30 days or less before the starting date, or in case of non-attendance: no refund or transfer will be available.

A transfer to another course may be made once only and is subject to availability.

A participant may be replaced by another participant from the same organisation at no additional cost, provided that Blabla Olé is informed before the course starts and the substitute meets the language-level requirements of the course

 

Cambios o cancelación por parte de Blabla Olé

Blabla Olé reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the programme, timetable, teaching staff or specific activities when necessary, provided that the overall duration, learning objectives and quality of the programme are maintained.

If Blabla Olé cancels a course, participants will receive a full refund of all amounts paid or, if they prefer, may transfer their booking and the amounts paid to another available course or date.

Blabla Olé shall not be responsible for travel, accommodation or other associated expenses.

Attendance and Certification

Participants who attend at least 80% of the scheduled training programme will receive a Certificate of Attendance issued by Blabla Olé, indicating:

• participant's name;

• course title and level;

• course dates;

• location;

• total number of training hours.

Where requested by the participant's sending organisation, Blabla Olé will cooperate as the host organisation in the completion of the Europass Mobility Document, in accordance with the applicable Europass procedure.

Language Level

Participants are responsible for selecting the edition appropriate to their language level.

Blabla Olé may request participants to complete a level assessment before the beginning of the course in order to ensure that the selected course is suitable.

If the assessment indicates that another level would be more appropriate, Blabla Olé will recommend the corresponding course whenever available.

 

Information for Erasmus+ KA1 Participants

Blabla Olé provides training courses suitable for participants in Erasmus+ mobility activities.

​

The programme is suitable for participants undertaking Erasmus+ Key Action 1 (KA1) mobility activities, subject to approval by their sending organisation and the applicable Erasmus+ funding rules..

 

Participants and sending organisations are responsible for confirming that the selected course is compatible with their Erasmus+ project and funding arrangements.
